The communication from Jim Ellis was horrible. They had more car for over a month. It took me 19 days of calling them and still no answer. My husband had to drive up there just to get information. They had more car for over a month. It took me 19 days of calling them and still no answer. My husband had to drive up there just to get information. It took over 2 more weeks after that to get my car fixed. There were several fees that made no sense and no compensation or discount for the lack of communication or poor management of my car. More

Once I learned my new part was in for the recalled trunk part I was told I could just pop in and they would work me in. Although the work took longer than I thought it would they told me as soon as I arriv part I was told I could just pop in and they would work me in. Allowing me to work toward getting those end of semester grades turned in because my Christmas break doesn’t start till all 137 midterm finals are graded and in the student grading system. So thanks!
