The handling of my car repair was very poor. The main thing to note is my car repair was of no fault of my own, it was due a bad Kia motor recall and I was treated as though everything was my fault. I will be more than happy to help you all facilitate Customer Service staff training. I will be reaching out to the Cobb County Manager to express some major concerns. Even the General Manager was rude and very nasty. Thanks
