My problem with the taillights not flashing wasn't fixed. I paid $600 for that and more for other add-ons when I bought the car. I first made an appointment for my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. I dropped the car off early on the scheduled day, a Monday. After calling at least 6 times, I found out that my service advisor was not there and was told that my car had not even been diagnosed yet. The next day, again after calling several times, I finally spoke with the service manager. I was told that they weren't sure what the problem was and were checking with "Kia" to see if the warranty would cover. I was also told that I could get on the waitlist for a loaner car. Fast forward to now 8 days in the shop. After calling several times again (remember that my "service advisor" does not answer his phone or return phone calls), I was told today that they have not even looked at my car yet. Either someone is lying, or no one there knows what's going on, or both, but either way, 8 days in the shop, not one pro-active call to me, and no answer about what is wrong is the worst service ever. More

Brought my vehicle in to get checked out because it was giving me issues and is still under warranty. After having my car for several days they said nothing is wrong. During the pick up we went to talk to giving me issues and is still under warranty. After having my car for several days they said nothing is wrong. During the pick up we went to talk to them to see if we could better explain the issue, because it only occurs when the car reaches 45 mph, they told us they lost multiple employees that day and could not help us. So now I have to make an appointment at another dealership. More

Our 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid was in for a no start contion related to a hybrid fuse that was 100% covered under warranty. The service tech never tested the fuse, instead lied and told us the hybrid power rel related to a hybrid fuse that was 100% covered under warranty. The service tech never tested the fuse, instead lied and told us the hybrid power relay was bad and that our batter was bad. Tried to charge us over $1,500 for repairs plus another $1,500 plus in un needed "suggested" work. I replaced the fuse myself in the parking lot and 100% solved the problem. At minimum the service tech should be fired, but I also believe that the service writer was not truthful when he said they tested the bearing clearance on motor. I don't think any "testing" was done. The fuse in question was never even pulled. Do not service your car with this dealership, who knows if you actually need the repairs they suggest. Avoid Jim Ellis Kia. More

Service was fine except the sales advisor. I asked the gentleman at least three times if there was any coupons that could help save me some money on my oil change and tire rotation and he quo I asked the gentleman at least three times if there was any coupons that could help save me some money on my oil change and tire rotation and he quoted me 110 plus tax which he claims was down from 160. I asked him I said that seemed awful high and he said it is what it is. So then I go in the waiting area and I look online and I find the coupon on your website for $89.95 plus tax he did honor it but in my opinion I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me and I don't appreciate that at all. More
