Had an appointment on November 1st to have a piece of my car replaced. During this appointment it was discovered that the part I needed was not painted. I was informed it would be a “few days for them to pa car replaced. During this appointment it was discovered that the part I needed was not painted. I waited approximately 10 days, November 10th, before reaching out to check the status. It seemed that the representative I was working with had forgot about my situation. He had mentioned he “had been busy” and would work on the issue. Later that day, he sent me a text saying “it will take 2 days to paint the part and about 2 hours for installation”. After this text, another 7 days went by with absolutely no communication. I reached back out and asked what the status was. I received a response 24 hours later saying the part was finally painted and that I could come in for the installation. More
