The service advisor was about the worst service experience I have ever had. He never answered his phone and didn't provide timely updates. He made no attempt to assist us in providing a loaner vehi experience I have ever had. He never answered his phone and didn't provide timely updates. He made no attempt to assist us in providing a loaner vehicle for an issue with the vehicle that had our car in the shop with Kia for over a month. When I would try to contact the service department and he wasn't there, no one else could tell me the status of my vehicle and a few times, I would be told that the status notes were outdated or vague so no one other than my specific service advisor even knew what was going on with my vehicle. Finally, I got the service manager involved and he was able to help me out and get us a loaner vehicle and provide status updates. Overall a terrible experience with the only positive being the service manager. More
