I had to wait over an hour just to check my car in for a 12:00 appointment. I wanted to get a oil change for my maintenance that was due. I told the attendant that my oil light was flashing and that my an a 12:00 appointment. I wanted to get a oil change for my maintenance that was due. I told the attendant that my oil light was flashing and that my antenna needed to be put back on. I got a call letting me know the recommendations and he told all of them he stated that it was going to cost 1100 dollars for my antenna and 300 dollars for the oil pan to be revealed. He did not state that was the reason for my oil light on. He did not state how important that was as I was driving home I noticed the light was still on. Now I have to schedule another appointment to get the oil fixed. I am very disappointed with the last couple of times I've been there for services. I didn't want to come back but I have no where Elsa to take my car. More

It is very difficult to get through to the service rep as i always had to go through the automated directory. I was not given an extension. This seems very 1990s era technology and frustrating to dial the na i always had to go through the automated directory. I was not given an extension. This seems very 1990s era technology and frustrating to dial the name to get connected. However, once you can reach someone they are friendly and helpful. The mechanics successfully found and fixed a problem under warranty. Fingers crossed. More
