I am a customer who books an appointment every time for my service but on 12/10 I arrived for my already scheduled appointment only to see that the guest in front of me does not have an appointment but was my service but on 12/10 I arrived for my already scheduled appointment only to see that the guest in front of me does not have an appointment but was told his wait would be 2 hours due to him not having an appointment. Now I’m a little annoyed because I should be getting checked in b fire someone who does not have an appointment scheduled.So they proceed to take his car back before mine during my wait multiple people from the business greeted this customer which led me to believe he was someone who was known to the business. So two hours pass and now I’m looking for my car because 2 hours is to late to wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation. So while looking around I notice that the customer who did not have an appointment but he is now checking out before me and I had an appointment.In the future this should not happen if it does what’s the use of booking an appointment when anybody can just walk in from the street and leave before someone who has an appointment scheduled it’s bad business practice and for that reason I will drive a hour to get my service done before I visit this place of business again. More
My problem with the taillights not flashing wasn't fixed. I paid $600 for that and more for other add-ons when I bought the car. I first made an appointment for my vehicle 2 weeks in advance. I dropped the car off early on the scheduled day, a Monday. After calling at least 6 times, I found out that my service advisor was not there and was told that my car had not even been diagnosed yet. The next day, again after calling several times, I finally spoke with the service manager. I was told that they weren't sure what the problem was and were checking with "Kia" to see if the warranty would cover. I was also told that I could get on the waitlist for a loaner car. Fast forward to now 8 days in the shop. After calling several times again (remember that my "service advisor" does not answer his phone or return phone calls), I was told today that they have not even looked at my car yet. Either someone is lying, or no one there knows what's going on, or both, but either way, 8 days in the shop, not one pro-active call to me, and no answer about what is wrong is the worst service ever. More
