I arrived on time to my appointment. I waited in the car as I pulled into the service port. No one greeted me. I decided to enter into the glassed office area where someone then greeted I waited in the car as I pulled into the service port. No one greeted me. I decided to enter into the glassed office area where someone then greeted me and said, "Someone will be right with you." About 10 minutes later someone, 1:5 workers shouted out to me from down the lane, " Ma'am have you been helped?" I informed that I had not been helped. He then said, "We'll come on down here and I'll help you. " I was scheduled for a recall to which no one informed me about until after I called to schedule my 65k mile maintenance, but after feeling like I wasn't valued as a customer, I decided to just get the recall done and and get the other services done elsewhere. Besides I drove over an hour and chose to come here, by passing 2 other closer Kia dealerships, in order to patronize this location, as I received good sales service when I bought the vehicle back in December. I told my friend, when I go to the Mercedes Benz dealership, they offer me a lunch/breakfast and drinks complimentary. They greet me when I arrive and help me out of my car. I wish Kia Jim Ellis had this type of care for its customers. I don't think it's worth coming back. More
I waited a month for an appointment. I dropped my car off. I had to call them to ask what the outcome was. They said nothing was wrong and told me I could pick it up. I went in for an oil change and left paying for a 30,000 mile check up. My car could have been cleaned better after almost paying $600 for maintenance. Also, my time was underestimated and I ended up waitin mile check up. My car could have been cleaned better after almost paying $600 for maintenance. The younger staff in this establishment was AMAZING! ! Thank you to them for the wonderful experience! I LOVED the “text your representative” feature.
