Terrible customer service and no concern for the customer’s time. Said she would check my tires before putting them on and did not. When I asked how long the extra add-ons would take and specified a customer’s time. Said she would check my tires before putting them on and did not. When I asked how long the extra add-ons would take and specified another appointment I had, she said she would have me out in plenty of time. When I asked for a follow up when the estimated time had expired she stated they still had an hours work left, which turned into an additional two hours and then tried to make it right by detailing my car after I was already late. Horrible!!!!!. She couldn’t even remember my name to check on my car either. The last two visits have been terrible, coincidence that Jason Dale is no longer there either? More

Had car towed there, had it towed away after it wasn’t looked at after 5 days.. They were useless. No communication. Waste of time and money on towing twice. Active engine recall on my car and nothing was looked at after 5 days.. They were useless. No communication. Waste of time and money on towing twice. Active engine recall on my car and nothing was done and basically was told it had to be a rod bearing or I was being charged $360 for the diagnostic for a recall…I reported you to National Highway Safety and FTC. The Kia consumer was also useless. Car is burning oil, in limp mode and nothing was done. It’s actually a federal law you can’t try to charge for a recall inspection. More
