My wife and I purchased a Kia Soul and have been proud Kia owners for some time now this being her second Kia soul. Never have any issues and have been very satisfied customers of Kia automotive until rec Kia owners for some time now this being her second Kia soul. My wife and I are a one car household with a baby I’m in school and she works full time we brought our Kia Soul into a local Kia dealer for a recall on the vehicle (mind you we drove it there for a recall service with no check engine light or and performance issues) my wife, my nine month old son and I Waited at the dealer for three hours and they told us we would not be leaving the dealership in our car today that it had knock sensor code which was covered by the warranty they have had our car for four days now (hindering two families since we can not afford a rental and borrowing a family members car) now Kia consumer affairs has told me they will not help with a rental and the dealership isn’t responsible for a rental either the dealership says to contact Kia that they are waiting tech-line support approval from Kia corporate then I’m contacted today by dealership and I’m told our motor has lost compression and once again we’re waiting for Kia tech-line supports approval…and it may not be covered under our warranty..we have two Kia’s in the family and will never purchase a Kia again brought our car to a Kia dealership for a Kia recall now stranded family with a baby and no transportation…. More
Ignore requests, still haven't changed out wiper blades- since they had my car from April to August, broke the gear housing marked with PRN... and never told us. Haven't responded to calls or texts.
