I scheduled to drop my car off and the soonest they could take my car was in 45 days. Not a big deal. I scheduled it in advance to fix a power door not working. Service department customer service is horrible. I gave them a call, got put on hold for 30 minutes, since no one answered, I drove in, I purchased a brand new 2022 Carnival 7 months ago, and the AC I gave them a call, got put on hold for 30 minutes, since no one answered, I drove in, I purchased a brand new 2022 Carnival 7 months ago, and the AC stopped working. I have 3 kids, we use this van on a daily basis. They said they can get me in 40 days, and offer no transportation. They pretty much laughed when I asked for a loaner. They pretty much had zero concern for me and my family, did not offer a rental car. Awful customer service. More
I've called several times on a Saturday for info and to make a appointment. A call center finally answered and I was told I'd get a call back. I called again a couple of hours later; because I never got a make a appointment. A call center finally answered and I was told I'd get a call back. I called several days later to only be told I can't have a used car I purchased there serviced. The car is not a Kia. I've purchased several cars from this dealership for many years and also referred. I am sorely disappointed and do not feel like a valued customer. More
