Brought my car in for a part replacement. Expected to wait for it but needed to leave overnight since service was backed up. End result was car was not ready for 5 days, Friday until Tuesday. Seems to be a trend where I bring the car in and it's not ready for upwards of a week or more. Appears staffing shortages are impacting service and this is making it harder to decide to bring in to this dealership. More

Horrible communication, never answered the phone and was pushed around when they did pick up. Finally got my first diagnostics report after 3 weeks, and then a month after that they added something new to t pushed around when they did pick up. Finally got my first diagnostics report after 3 weeks, and then a month after that they added something new to the diagnosis and I only found out because I called 8 times and spoke to 4 different people to finally figure out what was going on with my car. I was quoted an outrageous price, granted it was a very labor intensive job, but with normal labor rates included and parts they wanted over $4800 over what I was quoted elsewhere and the new guys diagnosed my car 6 hours after I dropped it off. Do not bring your car here, better off doing it in your driveway. More

I would like to say,Mark is the best service advisor I have ever work with.He is very knowledgeable on Kia products and most importantly he knows how to treat his customers with a wow!!
