Service department customer service is horrible. I gave them a call, got put on hold for 30 minutes, since no one answered, I drove in, I purchased a brand new 2022 Carnival 7 months ago, and the AC I gave them a call, got put on hold for 30 minutes, since no one answered, I drove in, I purchased a brand new 2022 Carnival 7 months ago, and the AC stopped working. I have 3 kids, we use this van on a daily basis. They said they can get me in 40 days, and offer no transportation. They pretty much laughed when I asked for a loaner. They pretty much had zero concern for me and my family, did not offer a rental car. Awful customer service. More
I dropped my car off for a service that I was told could take between 2-3 and even though the repair was under warranty I was not eligible for a courtesy vehicle. After two days without an update I called to find out they had not done any work on my car because I part would take up to 5 days to arrive at the shop. Extremely frustrated because now I've been without a car for no reason; I returned to the dealership to retrieve my car. Now it's been 7 days and I've yet been contacted whether the part has come in. The fact that I was accepted and scheduled for a quicker service than I was expecting say it all. The level of knowledge of what they are doing was out of this world. I waited a month for an appointment. I dropped my car off. I had to call them to ask what the outcome was. They said nothing was wrong and told me I could pick it up. My car had recommendations, and no one even told me. I wish they had told me. I would have had the work done. It was a waste of my time and I had to use Lyft, no loner cars offered anymore. More
