Went there for an alignment and to get a window fixed on my wife’s car. They called me telling me the window regulator we needed was on a three month back order and would cost over $350 so I was like ok I’ my wife’s car. They called me telling me the window regulator we needed was on a three month back order and would cost over $350 so I was like ok I’ll just wait or look for one online. They said they will fix it to where it would stay up. We pick up the car. Over $190 for that! Second day after picking up the car and her window is falling back down. More

This place is a waste of time. They overcharge for everything and even overcharge just to look at the vehicle. There are plenty of other KIA centers to choose from.
