I am not pleased at all. Our car has been fine till Kia did a software update and now it has had check engine light coming on for weeks and we have had it in twice to resolv Our car has been fine till Kia did a software update and now it has had check engine light coming on for weeks and we have had it in twice to resolve the issue and yesterday we drove it home from Kia and it came on again, we need this issue fixed and while Jesus is doing what he can, the service manager has not returned a call or responded to my letter so I'm not sure why anyone would buy a car from this dealership when service is too busy to quickly address issues that are taking our car out of service for weeks and the manager is not responsive, so we are very frustrated! More
This was my first time at this place, and I will definitely use them from now on. Jason was absolutely amazing. He not only helped me get what my car needed, but he also taught me some things I didn definitely use them from now on. Jason was absolutely amazing. Came down with my 2014 Kia Forte to use my extended warranty for new struts. We were treated do well with no problems.
