I had an appointment scheduled, and when I arrived they couldn't find me in their system. So they considered me a walk-in. My service consultant was wonderful! I wasn't satisfied, I wasn't asked if I wanted my tire rotated, truck wash not washed, I bought my key ring in because the silver part just broke on me and I wanted to know if it could be repaired. I was told you no longer offer oil changes coupons. I was told you discontinued using the motor oil I been getting for three years. The oil change ends up costing over $100 More

Had a oil leak in a 2 year old vehicle. Jason told me that the service station who performed my last oil change overtightened the filter cap, resulting in a cracked housing and a small leak. He informed that the service station who performed my last oil change overtightened the filter cap, resulting in a cracked housing and a small leak. He informed me that the part was on backorder and none were available in the USA. I called a Kia dealer online, who verified that the part was on backorder, but directed me to 3 dealers in GA that had the part in stock (which I verified). Jason replied that he couldn't see those dealers in his system. A month later, when I picked up my vehicle, it listed the cause as "overtightening of cap past factory specifications." When I asked Jason what the factory torque specifications were, he replied "snug and just a little more." He even made a little squeaking noise to accompany his profound mechanical advice. This dude is clown shoes. More
