The customer service needs work, my first service rep was terrible. Communication was horrible, I spoke to the Manager and advised him of my issue and that I will not be returning after my vehicle was repair terrible. Communication was horrible, I spoke to the Manager and advised him of my issue and that I will not be returning after my vehicle was repaired and he showed no compassion. The agent was worse the first thing that came out of her mouth was would you like to come back. I spent my entire day there only to have to come back and had to call to find out if my parts came in after a week and I was advised that I would be contacted. More
