I took my vehicle in to verify mileage for the Kia Fuel Economy Adjustment Reimbursement on December 6, 2021. As of January 20, 2022 I still had not received my reimbursement. I telephoned my service advisor Camille Williams a number of times in January, left messages and received no response. I also wanted to schedule an appointing for recall work. Again, no response. I contacted KIA directly about the reimbursement and they verified that the dealer never submitted the mileage. They also tried to contact this location. No response. KIA has made alternative arrangements for me so that I can receive my reimbursement. This is the second time I've had this problem at this location: once when it was Cobb County Kia and now as Jim Ellis Kia. We won't be back. More
I typically walk away feeling very appreciated as a customer but this visit was different!
