had my appointment scheduled yesterday. Before I headed there, I called and they confirmed that I was good to go for my recall service visit. Got there and then they found out they didnt even have my part there, I called and they confirmed that I was good to go for my recall service visit. Got there and then they found out they didnt even have my part in stock needed for my recall service, smfh. The only frustration I had was because the parts department indicated the parts were in stock when I called & transferred me to service for appointment. The service department was great & apologiz department indicated the parts were in stock when I called & transferred me to service for appointment. The service department was great & apologized for parts dept miss communication. Luckily they had regular lugs in stock so I was still able to get the locked wheel lugs replaced (lost key) so that if we had a flat we could change our tires. They also did the recalls on my car. Kind courteous & good service. More
