I was from out of town (650 miles from home) and my KIA Telluride was due for a scheduled (by mileage) oil change. Driving south on I-75 while in Tennessee I called and spoke with Lavar Frederick to schedu Telluride was due for a scheduled (by mileage) oil change. Everyone is very nice when I come in for service. The dealership is very clean and there is plenty of places to hang out while I wait. I dealt with Jason my first and he was awesome. Employees were friendly but service was very slow. I was there nearly 2 hours for an oil change.
