Jason Dale has been my Service Rep since I purchased my Kia Optima. He listens. He is attentive. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. My fan sometimes continues to run after the car shuts off, and I have come out to a dead battery. the fan didn't act up when it was in for service. Brought in car for a recall and to follow-up on an issue with the speedometer. The recall issue was repaired during the visit and the part was ordered for the speedometer issue. Made a follow-up appointment with no issue and repair was completed within the timeframe promised. Follow-up was good during the entire process to keep me posted on the repair. Overall, a good service experience. I wish more loaner cars were available for warranty work but that is a minor issue. More
