So I will give Camille Williams an excellent rating for keeping me in the loop for what was going on with my car and getting me to and from my house. When I had to call on the status of the car at the end of the day, the original agent said the car was ready. When I arrived that agent was not there and the car was not ready. A part was on order, schedule the day, the original agent said the car was ready. When I arrived that agent was not there and the car was not ready. A part was on order, scheduled to be in 3 days later. At this point Jason Dale stepped in to help. I took the car back in for the part to be installed and Jason rushed it through. He went above and beyond to make things right with me. He was amazing and I will deal with him from now on. More
