Called to make appointment for recall inspection. I asked how long the inspection would take, and was told someone from service would call to give me an idea how long I'd need to leave the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told it would take 3 hours. As for the experience, Lisa was professional and courteous, and provided a full inspection report on my vehicle once I picked it up. More
