Every time I go I have to wait over an hour to be helped. Then when called they can’t find my ticket, or car. I also am having a new issue after going there. I feel like they deliberately mess up your car so Then when called they can’t find my ticket, or car. I also am having a new issue after going there. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to flush the radiator/coolant exchange. 2 months later the windshield wiper fluid light came on... I thought that was odd because i recently had my Kia servic the radiator/coolant exchange. 2 months later the windshield wiper fluid light came on... I thought that was odd because i recently had my Kia serviced. I purchase wiper fluid and filled it up. I then noticed that the coolant was low and there was sediment on the bottom of the tank. That’s should be the case since I paid for the coolant to be flushed. More
