The only good experience was the car wash afterwards.. I came to Jim Ellis with a check engine light issue. I the 2015 Kia Soul scanned elsewhere and it said large leak which pointed to an emissions issue. came to Jim Ellis with a check engine light issue. Jim Ellis Kia wanted to charge me $145.00 just to scan the car. I couldn't afford that. So I wasted my trip and day! While I enjoy my Kia, this will be the last time I own one...I will not be back! So I will give Camille Williams an excellent rating for keeping me in the loop for what was going on with my car and getting me to and from my house.
