We just purchased 2 vehicles from Jim Ellis last year and already have had issues with the 2017 Sorrento. We just recently had it in for AC panel repairs but the more important problem is with the paint on t already have had issues with the 2017 Sorrento. We just recently had it in for AC panel repairs but the more important problem is with the paint on the hood. We alerted Mark in service to the issue in November 2019 when he had to order the special part to fix the issue with AC. Now he's telling us our warranty for the paint just expired and it would not be covered. Very upset with this and if not resolved quickly I will begin posting my experience all over social media. More

Great service every time I’m there. I never feel like they try to over sell me when I’m in just for some basic maintenance. Very welcoming place, I met the service manager (Chris) in the area where you pull up. I thought he was just a worker because he was pulling the cars in and putting the stuff in them.
