Work done on my car was priced fairly and felt confidence in the recommendations given to make my care safe to drive and prolong longevity. Very friendly. Was a recall appointment. I asked when I set up time if part was in and it was confirmed. Work was done and I was advised that part was not in. While the customer service here is great, the practice put into place since the Coronavirus pandemic began is not good. I had my temperature taken and verified, but then you go in to the “office / waiting area” spots- You get smashed into a teeny office where the people are NOT doing social distancing or even wearing face masks. Inside. In a TINY room! There must have been 14 people in there all crammed into a teeny space waiting for help or the cashier window- this to me was just plain dangerous. Why bother scanning your customer’s temperature if your reps aren’t bothering to wear a face mask?!! More
