Also, the dealership is promoting social distancing in their waiting area, all employees are wearing masks, they covered seat and other surfaces in my car with plastic sheeting before taking the car, and they sanitized the inside of the car before turning it back over to me.. I have had a good experience working with this dealership in that the personnel are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my car was just repaired for the same problem I had repaired at this dealership 5 mont in that the personnel are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my car was just repaired for the same problem I had repaired at this dealership 5 months ago. I have also told 4 people my name is not Kate, but no one has changed it. No one vacuumed or did anything to clean my car after the service was performed, especially considering we are dealing with COVID19. Also, someone had gone into a closed compartment in the center console, knocked out items and did not replace them. Overall I'm not really pleased with the overall service. More
