Replacement of Recall item We arrived at 7:00am for a 7:30am appointment. Repair was to take 1-2 hours. I had an excellent experience at this dealership, when I arrived Mark immediately greeted me and I told him i needed an oil change. He had to look up my maintenance plan and he was very patient with me. Mar arrived Mark immediately greeted me and I told him i needed an oil change. He had to look up my maintenance plan and he was very patient with me. Mark let me know that it would take about 3 hours for everything on my car. I got my car back in about an hour and a half. I also showed mark some paint chipping on the hood of my car and he asked if he could get me an estimate to get it fixed. I had my hood being touched up within 10 minutes. I recommend anyone to this dealership and go see Mark! More

Work was done on time. I was even offered a ride to go shopping. The only thing is that the price is outrageous. I was told I needed about 7 different services done, was only able to get 3 done.
