I have a reoccurring issue with my transmission. They have worked diligently be to pinpoint the issue and correct it. Good Service Visit I went in on short notice to schedule and complete a 30,000 mile service and tire change. Due to how long it would take, Kia payed for a Lyft to take me to my house, and then pick me up when the service was done. Very easy, very simple, and very efficient. Mark himself was also quite friendly and easy to talk to. This dealer is one of the better Kia dealers in the state. More

Vibration finally fixed My Kia K900, had a resonant vibration between 40 and 50 mph. I took it to 4 area dealerships over an extended period of time. They all agreed that the My Kia K900, had a resonant vibration between 40 and 50 mph. I took it to 4 area dealerships over an extended period of time. They all agreed that there was an issue but refused to spend the effort to track it down. Finally at Jim Ellis KIA, I got a GM, Mike Boyd and a service manager, Chris Ford, to assign a technician, Wes Haygood to evaluate the problem. He found bad parts and installed two new motor mounts and a drive shaft to finally fix the problem! It was a pleasure working with Mark Lewis, who kept me apprised of the effort through completion. Thank you, Jim Ellis KIA for stepping up and doing the right thing and fixing my car! More
