I was greeted by Diane as the person assigned to me wasn't there yet. Diane was friendly and had me on my way in a loaner vehicle in no time. She was the best part of the whole experience. 2hrs later I wasn't there yet. Diane was friendly and had me on my way in a loaner vehicle in no time. She was the best part of the whole experience. 2hrs later I got a call saying that the cause of water leaking into the trunk of my Kia Soul had been detected and that the repair cost would be close to $360. I approved the work as I had no choice really due to the constant rain and having to empty my trunk of water daily. 90 minutes later I got a call saying the car was ready. In looking at the itemized bill, I saw the part cost $30.84. This means the remaining $327.10 was labor and sales tax (which was a few bucks). Extortion in my view, partly because the person who greeted me to pick up the car said "they just removed two panels and fixed the leak", one panel still hand not been popped back into place, so I did it myself, but also because when I booked the car in, the woman who I spoke with told me that "water leaking into the trunk is a common problem we've seen for Kia Soul owners", which gives the impression that it's a design flaw that I'm now having to pay for. Needless to say, I won't be back. More

The staff here are AMAZING!!!! They make sure that you are taken care of. Diana gave me great customer service and was very helpful. Odor Control/ New Key We had to bring newly purchased car back to get the odor control process. Salesman advised that we would also get our 2nd key and a cleaning/ gas fill up. I received the odor control and key however the car wasn't cleaned or gas filled up (not sure this had anything to do with the service team, might be miscommunication b/t sales and services). It's fine though, the smell is now gone and we have our key. The little interaction I had with service team/center was very pleasant. Thanks for everything. More
