Well, my daughter was visiting from out of state and I sent her to have the oil changed and to look at the AC system (not working). Oil change was perform good and timely. In for a quick oil change. Treated like family. The dealership insisted they drop me off at local store instead of walking. Once my van was ready, they came back to store. The friendliness of the service staff was excellent especially my service adviser Mark Lewis. This was my first visit and I was impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 3 hours from the time I dropped the car off to when I left. Way too long. Mark did apologize and said that they were busy and experienced downed computers, so hopefully this isn't the norm and I came on a bad day. More
