It took an eternity to simply make an appt!! About 1.5 weeks. Left a couple messages for someone to call me back to schedule and no one ever did- would give 1 star only for that. however, once I was final weeks. My only complaint... use steering wheels covers! Mine is always so grimy when you guys return the car to me. More

Awesome experience! After having my car towed in, it turned out that I needed a new engine (which was covered under the warranty. My service rep was Diane Bell. She let me know right away that my engine had to be replaced and immediately set me up with a car rental. The car now drives as good as the first day I bought it. Between Kia's warranty and the service I received from Jim Ellis, Kia will always be my first choice when purchasing another vehicle. More
