Lack of intergrity My service advisor seems to lack intergrity. She lied about several issues. I took my car in Oct. for oil change. In Nov., I took it back because my e My service advisor seems to lack intergrity. She lied about several issues. I took my car in Oct. for oil change. In Nov., I took it back because my engine was knocking. In short there was not much oil on the dipstick and it was black. I took it back and was told I needed a new oil pan. Tania lied and said she told me. Money of this was documented on my paperwork. No new mileage sticker was put in my car for either visit. Tania called and said my car was ready for pickup. After a long wait, she said they were test driving my car. One of the techs said they couldn't find my key and they changed the oil pan, but forgot to put oil back in my car. I requested for my car to be washed., she lied and said the car wash was broken. Someone on the valet team said, why did she tell you that? They took my car and washed it. Just some of the details. My engine is STILL KNOCKING AND I'M VERY CONCERNED. I would never use her as my advisor again. More
