The first thing I was impressed with was how diverse your staff is - black, white, Spanish speaking, equal number of women and men service advisors. Having so many women on staff definitely made me feel more comfortable than I usually do when I get my car serviced. Next I was impressed with your waiting areas - clean, modern decor, a kids' room, multiple t.v.s at zero volume which was perfect, and free snacks and drinks! Finally, as I waited, sales people and various staff came to check on me and the other guests. This was the BEST experience I've had getting an oil change and regular maintenance check up. You guys are awesome!! More
