Great service I highly reccomend Jim Ellis Service I had a problem with my braks and you found out what it was and ordered the part and gave me a rental car while I was waiting on the part. Excellent customer service Camille was excellent. I can't remember her last name. I felt like I was her only customer. She made sure I was aware of the refreshments/snacks, wa Camille was excellent. She made sure I was aware of the refreshments/snacks, water, coffee, etc. Then she made sure I was aware of everything that was happening. When the machine was broken that was needed for my service, she was genuinely sorry for my inconvenience. i reschedule for the next day and she was equally excellent. She was so friendly, and sweet. I rarely write reviews for anything, but I felt that Camille deserved kudos for being the best customer service person i can remember experiencing. She deserves a raise! More

Very long My experience wasn't very great. I had an appointment at 10am for what I thought was a faulty starter. I didn't hear from anyone until 2pm when I call My experience wasn't very great. I had an appointment at 10am for what I thought was a faulty starter. I didn't hear from anyone until 2pm when I called to check on my car. No one could give me an answer about what was going on with my car and I was instructed to call back at 3pm. I called back at 3pm and was told what was actually wrong with my car, it turned out to be a dead battery and bad serpentine belt, and that they needed to check if the parts were in stock and they would call me right back. I didn't hear anything until I called them at 5:45pm. At this point I was told that no work had been done on my car but it was "next in line." My ordeal finally ended at 6:40pm when they called and said the work on my car was finished. More
