KIA need to step up theirs game for their dealerships My Kia Sorrento was recently in the shop for eight weeks waiting on parts from Korea. This is completely unsatisfactory. Luckily my dealership took care of me and arranged for me to have a vehicle the entire time. I have no idea why it would take Kia so long to get parts from Korea to North America. Talk about the slow boat from China. Totally unsat. Makes me rethink buying a fifth Kia. Probably will not be doing that. More

Tania was courteous, friendly and most importantly went above and beyond to make sure necessary parts were ordered, confirmed received and to get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The new manager had promised to call us everyday with an update , we never heard from him again until the day they called us about the car being done. They had our car for 45 days. More
