Heated seats and oil change Extremely disappointed in Jim Ellis Kia since we bought our first ever new Kia Sorento a few months ago (we love the car) but can’t say a lot of good Extremely disappointed in Jim Ellis Kia since we bought our first ever new Kia Sorento a few months ago (we love the car) but can’t say a lot of good about the dealership or service. Once we bought our car I texted the salesman a few times regarding question with no response ever. My wife had broken her hip a year ago and wanted heated seats for long trips to help with the pain. The Sorento we picked didn’t have them and was told we could get them added and use the empty console buttons for controls And was told yes my our salesman. (Yes, I specifically asked that question) Trying to schedule an appointment, I left service over 4 voicemails over several weeks and was never called back. I finally refused if go back into voicemail and ended up talking to Matt the sale Manager, which was the only bright spot helping me schedule to appointment. I picked up my Kia yesterday and the service advisor (Christopher Kit or anyone else) never once talked to me. My son and I looked for the button to turn on the heated seats never found in. I went back in and 2 service advisors couldn’t find it either, saying it should be on the console. They ended up calling Christoper Who told them it was on the bottom side of the seat. Horrible place for any button and being able to see it when trying to use while driving. I would have absolutely never spent $1000.00 for such second market dangerous equipment from a dealership. We specifically had it done at the dealership so it would be inline with all the Kia specs and buttons in the correct place, just like we bought it off the lot from the factory. At this point I can’t say I would ever recommend Jim Ellis to anyone. I was actually going to write a letter the the general manager but couldn’t find any contact information on your website besides his name. More

Quick and accommodating I always get my service here, I needed my oil change and ended up with a meeting booked before my car was done.
