Better than Last Time I was with a brand new associate this time (Chris Ford), and even though he was getting use to the system, he was very helpful. Last time, the guy tol I was with a brand new associate this time (Chris Ford), and even though he was getting use to the system, he was very helpful. Last time, the guy told me I needed new tires at 15,000 miles. When I went this time, the new associate and manager told me my tires were good. I felt like last time the guy was taking advantage of me saying I needed new tires. Also, last time I had to pay a bill for them changing my oil, even though it is included in my package when I bought the car. The guy last time explain that the oil was free but service was not. I didn't agree, but I let it go. The associate (Chris Ford) this time did not charge me (because it was included in my package), and was very helpful with any questions. I will be sure to return to him! They also washed my car!! More

Great Always have a great experience at this location. Diana went above and beyond during my last visit making sure I was more than satisfied. She even tried to chase me down after noticing my brake light was out! She ended up calling me and having me come back, making it right and replacing the bulb for free since it was the service department’s “miss.” I would have to say at this location I have always had service that goes beyond a normal service department.
