Great Customer Service & Service Advisor Initially took my car in for an oil change on 8/8 but after checking history, Jason my service advisor said there was a recall that needed to be addre Initially took my car in for an oil change on 8/8 but after checking history, Jason my service advisor said there was a recall that needed to be addressed but part was not available that day. We (Jason and I) scheduled the follow-up appointment for the following week to take care of the Recall work and also perform an exterior Detail. Jason does a great job of communicating- he called to say the recall work was almost finished but the front and rear breaks needed to be replaced- gave him the "go ahead" and asked if there was any Military Discount available, said he would check. No Military discount but he was able to give me a 5% discount and that certainly helps, especially when you are retired. Jason called me when the car was ready and met me to go over the work and visually check out the car which looked awesome. At a time when "customer service" is often talked about but seldom delivered, Jason is a breath of fresh air- he communicates all the way. Great jib and great Service advisor- Jason Dale More

My review :) Jason Dale is awesome and the only reason I continue to provide them with my business. When I bought my car, I took it to Ed Voyles Kia for its first Jason Dale is awesome and the only reason I continue to provide them with my business. When I bought my car, I took it to Ed Voyles Kia for its first service, I was not happy with their lack of care towards the customer. I took it to Cobb Kia before the ownership changed and service was ok at best. Once Jim Ellis bought Cobb Kia, I saw Jason on that visit and he takes great care of me and my car. I honestly feel like he treats me like a valued customer and so I continue to see him for everything service related on my car. More

Oil change I went in for a routine oil change. My appointment was with Chris, who when I arrived was busy so Robert saw me waiting and was able to take me and ge I went in for a routine oil change. My appointment was with Chris, who when I arrived was busy so Robert saw me waiting and was able to take me and get things moving along. I explained that I had another appointment and needed to be done in an hour and they made it happen. I really appreciate what they did to get me done in time! They were both very helpful and professional! More
