Routine service Came in for routine service, every thing was handled properly. Everyone there made me feel welcome. Oil change service I always get good services. But this time I waited for 3 hours and it was busy so I was patient till all customers before and after me left. I was the I always get good services. I was the last one and no one had talked to me yet as it has been done in the past with Robert Brooks. When one customer came in, I waited 30 minutes more. Advisor talked to him. I realized I had been forgotten. Finally asked if my car was ready to the employee ( didn't get his name) who waited on me at the beginning. Told him I had been waiting for 3 hours. He apologize and stated he was not the service advisor and checked with Diana Bell. He did review what was done and what needs to be done by or before the next visit. Diana Bell took over and did the invoice and I had to remind her that I had a coupon. She corrected it. Both were nice. For all staff members... Just be sure when the papers are transferred from one person to the other so your customers don't have to wait. I did miss having Robert Brooks handle my service. He always checked in with me if there is a problem or a delay. The service is always good and they do make sure your car maintenance is updated and safe. Hope I don't have to wait too long next time or at least check in with me. Thanks! More
Diana Bell took great care of me! I was greeted almost immediately upon my arrival. Diana was friendly and informative. she answered my questions including transparent upfront pricing. No place better! I honestly dreaded the thought of having my car serviced and waiting at the dealer with an 18-month-old grandson. Well, it was a breeze! The service I honestly dreaded the thought of having my car serviced and waiting at the dealer with an 18-month-old grandson. Well, it was a breeze! The service was quick and efficient and they have the most entertaining play room for children. There are wonderful "seats' to climb and sit on, toys to play with, a dedicated tv and lots of snacks to keep anyone happy. Diana Bell has to be the friendliest serviceperson to work with. She is always in a good mood and very accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about servicing your car and strives to get you in and out without any wasted time or effort. My car was spic and span when it came out and my grandson was one happy camper. I love this place!!!! More

Great service We recieved great service from Chris K our service advisor and the service mgr over the service department. They replaced our recalled engine in less We recieved great service from Chris K our service advisor and the service mgr over the service department. They replaced our recalled engine in less than a week and got us back on the road. They helped out with all issues and made the process painless as possible. We will probably trade our car with them and buy a new car from Jim Ellis Kia. Thanks for the great service. More
