They replaced our recalled engine in less than a week and got us back on the road. They helped out with all issues and made the process painless as possible. Great seevice I came in for a recall on my Sorento. They informed me it could take 3 hours to get it finished. I explained that I had to be out of there by 1pm due I came in for a recall on my Sorento. They informed me it could take 3 hours to get it finished. I explained that I had to be out of there by 1pm due to a Dr's appointment across town, it was 10am at this time. They promised that they would. They were so kind, they got me out by noon.
