First service This was the first service on my new vehicle. I was welcomed into the service center when I arrived. My experience with Jim Ellis Kia I gave this dealer 5 stars because they are knowledgeable. I didn't want to lower my rating but I had two things happen that I want to address. If a customer (especially a female) has an issue in my case my tire had a nail in it. Let me know that you can't repair it not that it's not repairable. The Monday after my key was reprogrammed my car was acting like it wanted to shut down that scared me but when I called the dealership I was told if it happened again look at several light on the dash if they are on call us so you can bring the car in. Today is a week so far so good my car has not duplicated the symptoms it displayed on Monday. More
