Flat tire They were quick to determine the reason for the flat. Showed me where it was located and advised me that it could be repaired. However, the dealersh They were quick to determine the reason for the flat. Showed me where it was located and advised me that it could be repaired. However, the dealership does not repair flats. The service manager Diana Bell gave me several options in the area that repair flats. The service was wonderful. However, I pay thousands of dollars for my Kia Sorento. It is incomprehensible that the dealer would not repair a quick flat. Especially since I purchased my vehicle at this dealership. More

It took so long My service adviser was very nice and explained all very well. The service of my car took so long. My car was dropped off around 11:30 am and I was My service adviser was very nice and explained all very well. The service of my car took so long. My car was dropped off around 11:30 am and I was told that I would get a call when the car was ready. No one called me. I went to pick up my car at 3:00 pm and I saw my car in the back parking lot. it was done. I had to wait around 20 min until my adviser would give me my key. He asked me if I would like to wait for another 15 min for the car to be washed. The car must have been washed by the time I arrived. I said no. I couldn't wait longer. Then, he said that the receipt wasn't ready, he will email it to me. and.... I haven't gotten any email with my receipt yet. More
