Quick smooth SERVICE I was able to drop my car off on my lunch break. I returned back to work within 30 minutes by the shuttle service. The next day to pick my car up was I was able to drop my car off on my lunch break. I returned back to work within 30 minutes by the shuttle service. Not impressed with the Upselling I brought my KIA in for an OIL CHANGE on Saturday, March 9th. The only people who have touched my 2015 KIA since I purchased it from Cobb County KIA h I brought my KIA in for an OIL CHANGE on Saturday, March 9th. The only people who have touched my 2015 KIA since I purchased it from Cobb County KIA have been employed at this establishment. I have had all of the recommended services and up until it crossed over 100K miles, I kept a service package. I was told that I needed to have my coolant flushed because "it was the wrong color" to the tune of $165.00. The wrong color??? Also, this Coolant flush (recommended at 100K) service was done at the 100K service, or at least it was listed on the receipt. My car now has 140K miles on it. This seems to be a pattern with Jim Ellis. We did not have these issues when the dealership was Cobb County KIA. The last time I visited for an oild change, prior to this Saturday, I was informed that my brakes needed replacing (they did NOT). So, I'll be moving my business. More
