Oil change, 15,000 service, + front brakes. I came in for an oil change (4th one in 22,377 miles). I left with a $630 bill after a 15,000 service (incl front brakes), Not thrilled with that! Leased this 2015 Optima for 42 months and bought it in August 2018. Very low mileage. When I called for the appointment, I asked if I needed a "service". Answer was "No, only an oil change with those miles." During the 27 point inspection, front brakes were found worn more than the rear, which resulted in the 15,000 mi service. I did authorize the work, but was somewhat shocked with the cost. Had I known the price (not disclosed with upgrade), I would have waited. I also was told I needed four new tires (not wear, but dry rot) and that was to cost $700+. I won't buy them from Kia at that price. More
