I thought that I would save some mon My Kia Soul was making a loud humming noise which started after I got my breaks done at a local service provider. I thought that I would save some money by not using the dealership where I purchased my car. Well I took it in to the dealership the first time and the noise could not be duplicated so I took it to the shop where I got my breaks done and they could not find a problem with the breaks and told me that the sound was coming from the steering column so I took it back a second time to the dealership and this time we duplicated the problem and the service technician said that it was a strange issue. He noticed that one of my wheels was showing excessive break dust (Dirty) while the other was clean. The problem was the after market break pads so they fixed it by installing OEM pads and the problem was solved. Point: After Market pads can cost you in the long run. My Service Advisor was Jason Dale and he was Great! More

Great experience We came in due to a dead battery on a car less than 2yrs old. The dealership close to our house wanted us to buy it even though it was under warranty, We came in due to a dead battery on a car less than 2yrs old. The dealership close to our house wanted us to buy it even though it was under warranty, and said it would be several hours before they could look at it. We decided to try another shop, and are very glad we did. Our serviceman Lavar was very friendly and helpful. He informed us that the battery was definitely covered by warranty. We were finished within an hour. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks so much and we will return. More
