A person who loves their job, shows it. The first day I went to the service center I talked to a young lady, not once did she look at my car before giving me advice to call my insurance comp The first day I went to the service center I talked to a young lady, not once did she look at my car before giving me advice to call my insurance company, I was there 2 hours trying to find someone to help me. The second day I went Lavar met me when I pulled up and took me seriously and within an hour he had answers and a plan. Thanks to Lavar my car is fixed and I'm a satisfied customer again. More

Very Disappointed!!! We've been Kia owner's for over 10 years & have referred MANY friends & family to this specific Kia dealer because of our experiences. We used to swe We've been Kia owner's for over 10 years & have referred MANY friends & family to this specific Kia dealer because of our experiences. We used to swear by Kia but I have to tell you that as of late, our experience with new ownership & their willingness to Make Things Right has left a very bad taste. To the point of never wanting to buy another Kia vehicle again. All over a $400 - $500 repair that SHOULD BE Covered under warranty. The problem is NO ONE ever told us there's a problem & it had to be fixed by 12,000 miles. There was NEVER a letter, or email or phone call. There was NEVER the service tech saying, "Hey, there's a problem with your Year, Make & Model Kia" whenever we brought it in for service. So Service & Corporate are saying they won't cover this repair because we've exceeded the mileage of warranty. What a load of CRAP! You SHOULD make this right. I could see if notices were sent and we just ignored them but there was NOTHING sent to notify us. Even when we did bring it in and told the tech what it was doing they couldn't figure it out. He didn't even know about the Notice. We had to take it to an outside mechanic who told us about the service bulletin in less then 5 mins after I explained the problem to him. So Please tell me if your own techs don't know what the xxxx is going on why should your loyal customers be penalized? It sickens me the hoops we have to jump through to try and get this fixed & covered by the warranty. The way I feel right now with the lack of ownership to fix this problem, I would submit a rating of ZERO stars. The lack of taking responsibility to make things right has put the final nail in the coffin. If a problem that was/IS a KNOWN issue can't be fixed, I will never buy another Kia again & I will personally make it a point to make sure everyone I know & come in contact with knows why they shouldn't buy Kia either. We are STILL waiting for a follow up call that was supposed to happen days ago & when we called to follow up we are getting the "It's still being reviewed & still collecting information." What is there to review, you've got all the information you need? The problem doesn't go away by ignoring us, it's just adding fuel to the fire. Signed, Disgusted & Disappointed More

And this was just a regular oil change and 15,000 mile checkup! Nothing special done to my car but her attitude and gratitude made a HUGE difference in my day! More
