Great Experience at Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo There was no pressure. The cars sell themselves, and it's up to you to decide what you want. They helped me look for what I wanted, and then when I had to order it, did not require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the car, like some other dealerships. They wanted "to sell cars, not collect deposits." I loved that attitude. The car came as ordered, and no tricks at closing or anything out of the ordinary. Lorenzo Smith, the manager, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered a lots of questions about the feel of the car and quality of driving it, since I was not able to test drive the car before I made my decision.
