Anthony (Palmer) was so easy to communicate with and respected how valuable time is for our family and ensured a smooth process. Sales team and Michael (Cook) was so wonderful and treated us as a friend going above and beyond and not just another car sale. Financing department was knowledgeable and had us leave with a payment we were happy with. Very pleased with the amount we received on our old trade and overall we were in and out in about three hours... Thank you team Jim Ellis! More
