The visit started pleasant but didn't end well. I had a coupon for a full oil change for 39.95 plus tax. When the advisor Oscar handed me my receipt he said here you go got the coupon 39.95. When I I had a coupon for a full oil change for 39.95 plus tax. When the advisor Oscar handed me my receipt he said here you go got the coupon 39.95. When I went to pay she said 50$ and some change and I was like why is it 50 and she referred me back to the advisor Oscar. He was unable to break down the itemized receipt. He first said it was the cost of parts and I said what parts and he said the oil and I said that was included in the 39.95 coupon. So then he said it was shop costs. I asked him where on the receipt did it say shop cost. He was unable to show me and insisted on pulling up my past services to show I previously paid shop cost. When he pulled up the screen I was able to see that on the computer miscellaneous is shop cost. The word shop cost does not print on the paper receipt. He had no knowledge of the itemized receipt. I also don't understand why shop cost weren't included in the coupon. The coupon did not state 39.95 plus shop cost and tax More
