My internal door lock on my 2002 Toyota Tundra broke and I went to see “RAYMOND” in order to get the right part ordered. I requested he call me when the part comes in and departed. No such phone call took p I went to see “RAYMOND” in order to get the right part ordered. I requested he call me when the part comes in and departed. No such phone call took place and as the weekend grew closer, I called and was advised that “RAYMOND” was off until the following day. I asked the other advisor to check for the new part and she informed me it had arrived. I then scheduled my appointment for the following day. At 09:00, I pulled in the service bay and went inside to find “RAYMOND”. I was advised he was not at his station so I waited by my truck. Numerous advisors walked by and asked who I was waiting for and my response was “RAYMOND”. At 09:18, “REED” approached me and informed me that he needed to move my truck so the vehicles could continue to be processed. At this time, “REED” received an earful of my disappointment in Jim Ellis’ Service Department. He apologized for the absence and quickly did my paperwork. At 09:22, “RAYMOND” appeared and worked the order. “REED” approached me and stated the vehicle was ready to be moved and that is when I REQUESTED ANOTHER SERVICE ADVISOR. I was shocked to received a call from “RAYMOND” that my truck was ready…………….. More
